The sweet chocolate and deep caramel notes from the base beer works perfectly with vanilla and coconut. We toasted the coconut only lightly to bring some toastiness, without losing the fresh coconut aroma. The vanilla from Papua New Guinea lends its beautiful caramel and floral vanilla notes to elevate this chocolaty pastry treat even further.
