This version of our Prestige series was aged in a Driftless Glen barrel. Produced in the same batch as our Eagle Rare variant, this batch truly showcases the difference that the final product can have just based on what barrel it is aged in. Caramel, wood spice, vanilla (both from the honey and the barrel) jump forward immediately with sweet oak lingering in the finish.
