We took our blonde stout collaboration with Atlantucky and aged it in maple vanilla ex-Maker's Mark bourbon barrels for 7 months. The result showcases an aroma of mellow wood and barrel notes that drift seamlessly into a melange of maple-caramel, baking spice, walnuts, and whispers of crisp, acidic fruits. On drinking, the tongue is met with cinnamon and mixed baking spices that flow into walnuts and maple syrup, rounding out with smooth barrel and wood and finishing clean with hints of lightly roasted coffee and crisp apple.
