Running with the amazing dark fruit, maple notes and a touch of smoke for the unadjuncted version, we decided to add additional grade B Vermont Maple syrup to boost the maple character. We then partnered with our favorite breakfast spot, Gracious Plenty, to slow render hickory smoked bacon, ancho and pasilla chilies to balance the sweetness with a kiss of smoke and spice.
