Great collaboration with Zao Gnom for great summer beer - saison. We used belgian yeast which produced spicy and fruit flavours, wheat and pils malt for drinkability, Citra, Chinook and Mosaic for hop aroma - all combined together to make great beer! Cheers! #malažuta
