Пиво Sourovska - Hotch Potch, Pulfer Brewery

This pastry fruited sour - Sourovska - is collaboration with Hotch Potch brewery! We added blackberries to our kettle sour to make it a real fruity refreshment. Together with the good percentage of wheat in the grain bill, the blackberries are also responsible for the appealing reddish hazy look. We also put some lactose to enrich the body and balance out the sourness, making this beer a sweet&sour treat even to people who are not fully into sour beers (yet!)
