A blend of traditional Luxembourgish meadow orchard apples (50%) and pears (50%) On the nose: bright, fresh apple and pear, floral, herbaceous, with a little yeast. Slight bitterness gives way to a full acidity. This blend has a sandy, mineral bite to it that doesn’t hold back.
