Премиальный игристый сидр, исполненный традиционным французским методом производства лучших игристых вин из редкого сочетания яблок летних, осенних и зимних сортов. Вторичное брожение в бутылке с последующей горизонтальной выдержкой на осадке не менее 15 месяцев. Осадок удален вручную, классическим способом.

The most complicated, labor-intensive and expensive cider of Rebel Apple. In 2023 the cider was awarded a gold medal at the GLINTCAP, the world's largest cider competition.

A premium sparkling cider, made with iconic traditional method, applied for centuries to premium sparkling wines in France. Made of unique blend of early, mid-season and late apple varieties with second in-bottle fermentation and maturation on the lees for 15 months as minimum. The sediment is riddled and removed manually with a traditional approach.
