We brewed a sour beer in the gose style, with a hint of Mediterranean salt and Karst region juniper berries. Therefore, a beer with a Mediterranean touch. During the cherry season we added the fermenter. The sugar evaporated and the fantastic red colour remained, supported by a gentle cherry aroma and taste. This is our first Mediterraneo beer – a gose with a touch of local seasonal fruits.
