This Belgian-style double IPA is a collaboration between Seventh Son brewer Colin Vent and Josh Deth, owner/brewer at Revolution Brewing. We combined Revolution's Belgian yeast strain, loads of juicy hops and Seventh Son's housemade candi sugar in this brew. The result is a pale copper ale with aromas of orange rind, spice and a bit of Belgian funk in the nose. The flavors follow suit with plenty of hop complexity and a bitter honeyed finish.
