After the success of 'Through the Looking Glass' and 'Bruttin' on the Ritz', our third 'brut', hoppy beer allows to us refine our process further still. With a super pale and rice base grist, 'Arguing with Hydrometers' was then dry hopped with Simcoe and Hallertau Blanc - giving it all of the complimentary flavours that we are looking for in this new style. And, as always, the amyloglucosidase enzyme was added to drop the gravity right down and give the beer a dryness to compliment its champagne-like effervescence.
