New Zealand IPA collaboration with Black Iris. For our home leg collaboration (after the wonderful Darkest Light – 6.5% Black IPA that we brewed down in Nottingham), we have gone all Kiwi with the hop bill: Motueka, Nelson Sauvin & Waimea dry hop, alongside a pale barley, wheat and oat grist for a soft, pillowy mouthfeel.
