Named after Florian Dauenhauer, a Sonoma County native and the inventor of the hop harvester. Named in honor of the great Florian Dauenhauer who invented the Dauenhauer hop picker right here in Sonoma County at 121 5th St., Santa Rosa. Dauenhauer is a Belgian Pale Ale that gets a generous portion of hops (3.50 lbs. / bbl) and is then keg conditioned with Brettanomyces yeast.
