Yuzu Yu was a beer we designed with the opening our new taproom in mind. We set ourselves a challenge to create a beer that goes with almost any food utilising the beer as almost a seasoning. We'v used a combination of Yuzu Zest and Coriander seed to create a citrus balance that you'll want to squeze on everything. Think orange, lime and zingy bright flavour combined with a gentle spice that livens up any dish you might create.
