Пиво Coffee Shop Vibes (w/ Sump True Level - Medium Roast Colombia) - Shared

Working Scott for more than 6 years now, we have a pretty good idea of what we need to use and how to handle his coffee to best express what we are trying to achieve. This year Scott and Cory tried to pick what would best resemble the very first BA Coffee Shop Vibes - a bold, robust, rich coffee character that wouldn't show age and maintain its freshness and integrity the longest. We selected a Colombian bean, the True Level, and at a Medium Roast this time. This reduces the fruitiness, accentuates the roast/chocolate/brownie/caramel characteristics, and seems to age the slowest. We are happy that we had the chance to once again brew this with Scott and Mars from Sump Coffee and we are now ready to share it with you!
