Bourbon, Whiskey, and Maple Bourbon Barrel-Aged English Barleywine. Sulla Terra is Italian for "Upon the Earth" and is our first blended Barleywine expression. As we do with Derivation, our Imperial Stout series, we are brewing multiple Barleywine recipes to age in a variety of barrels. A blend of two unique English recipes, aged in three different barrel types, the Sulla Terra 2019 blend was spearheaded by brewer Brian Ivers and exemplifies what we believe to be an exemplary take on a Barrel Aged English Barleywine.
