Пиво Erste Runde - Sibeeria

Weissbier, 12° Plato, 4.8% ABV. Klasický weissbier. 70 % pšeničného sladu, 30 % ječného, jen špetka chmele. Tmavě zlatá barva s hezkým zákalem, jemná textura a nezaměnitelné aroma hřebíčku a banánů. Běžně takováhle piva nevaříme, ale když se nám do rukou dostaly kvasnice z jednoho legendárního německého pivovaru, museli jsme to zkusit. A oni fakt fungují! Tohle je skvělé letní pivo, které si nejlépe vychutnáte za slunného odpoledne, nebo klidně i rána. Ideálně čerstvé. Věřte nám a dejte si plnou sklenici, dokud je máme: letní slunce a Erste Runde. Old-school weissbier. 70% wheat malt, 30% barley malt, very little hops. Deep-golden colour with a nice haze, creamy mouthfeel and the peculiar aroma of clove and bananas. We generally don’t brew beers like this, but when we got hold of the yeast from a legendary German brewery, we just had to give it a shot. Worked like a charm! This is a perfect summer beer that is to be to be enjoyed on a sunny afternoon, or a morning for that matter. Best drank fresh. Trust us on this and go have a glass while it lasts.
