New England IPA, 16° Plato, 6,9% ABV. NEIPA 0204 přináší sladší aroma a vyšší intenzitu hořkosti. Pěkně světlé, kalné pivo plné Simpson’s Golden Naked Oats sladu a australských chmelů Enigma a Ella na dry-hop, které vytváří lákavou ovocnou vůni plnou peckovin, guavy, švestek a náznaku vanilky. Chinook použitý na whirlpool vám okamžitě připomene, že džus, který pijete, je stále IPA. With this NEIPA we got slightly sweeter with the aroma and intense with the bitterness. Nicely pale, murky beer full of Simpson’s Golden Naked Oats will smoothly lead you to refreshingly dry finish with pleasant hoppy finale. To balance this we added unsparing amounts of Enigma and Ella to create enticing fruity aroma full of stone fruit, guava, plums and a hint of vanilla. Chinook used in the whirlpool will then promptly remind you that the juice you are drinking is still an IPA.
