Session West Coast IPA, 8° Plato, 3.3% ABV. Uvařit osmičku je takovou českou tradicí, když hodnoty na teploměru začnou přesahovat třicítky, protože žízeň na pivo přetrvává i v časech, když se už nedá ani dýchat. Naše letošní osmička je čirá, hořká a napěchovaná víc chmelem, než by si tak lehké pivo běžně zasloužilo. Kombinace Mosaicu a Simcoe je zárukou výrazných ovocných tóny plných broskví, manga a náznaku pryskyřice. A taky hezky hořkého dojezdu, abyste svou každodenní dávku chmele nemuseli snižovat ani na vrcholu léta. Brewing an 8-plato beer is a kind of a tradition in the Czech republic when the thermometers start reaching the 30s, as there is a constant thirst for beer even when it’s hard to breathe. Our this year’s “osmička” is clear, bitter and crammed with more hops than such a light beer should deserve. A combination of Mosaic and Simcoe is sure to bring intense fruity tones full of peaches, mango and a touch of pine as well as a pleasantly bitter finish, so you don’t need to decrease your personal daily dose of hops even in the height of summer.
