Пиво Polar Eclipse - Sibeeria

New England IPA, 16° Plato, 6.3% ABV. Polar Eclipse brings the freshest hoppy goodness from the cool depths of the universe! In this IPAverse instalment, we decided to try what the currently weirdest of the weird hops, Zappa, can do while supported by fruity Idaho7 on whirlpool and even fruitier Citra in the dry hop. Together they form a strong alliance defined by deep aromas of overripe fruit with a refreshing mango-y tang. All this is supported by a pale, creamy base with a pinch of rye for extra smoothness that makes this space adventure whole.
