New England IPA, 17° Plato, 6.2% ABV. Nový Zéland má úžasné chmely a my jsme si pro tuto NEIPA vybrali první sklizeň chmele Nelson Sauvin z nové chmelnice Tapawera. Barva je zlatá a příjemně zakalená. Úžasné aroma je plné angreštů, broskví a hroznů Sauvignon Blanc. Chuť balancuje mezi delikátní sladkostí a svěží hořkostí, a než jsem dopsal tento popisek, tak koukám, že moje sklenice je náhle prázdná! Musíte to taky ochutnat! There is a hop revolution rising in New Zealand, and we thought you might like to taste it. We thus hopped this juicy NEIPA strictly with Nelson Sauvin from the first harvest at the new Tapawera hop garden. It booms with crazy aromas of gooseberry, peaches and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This smooth hazy balances the thin line between delicate sweetness and refreshing bitterness and just writing this description I realized my glass is suddenly empty. You’ll have to taste it yourself.
