This easy-drinking beer captures the delicate floral notes and sweetness of honey. We start with a blend of local and continental malts in the brewhouse, followed by a small hop addition to provide subtle citrusy notes. After primary fermentation, we add locally harvested wildflower honey for a unique twist on a traditional golden ale.
