Пиво Hazy Daisy - Siphon Brewing

An ode to all the big plans and hazy memories created in the little Bruges bear since Daisy Claeys opened the bar in 1983. This beer is brewed exclusively for 't Brugs Beertje on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the bar. The large proportion of wheat malt and oats give us the hazy complexion celebrated in the name of the beer (the rest is pils malt and sugar). Its hopped with Brambling Cross and Saaz and fermented with an English Ale yeast which presents as a mix between a wheat beer, a Belgian Tripel, and an English bitter. Finally, its topped off with a subtle addition of natural vanilla before packaging to accentuate creaminess and compliment both the yeast flavours and the Bramling Cross hop. To another 35 years....
