This beer was brewed with our dear friends Burning Sky. We foraged 28 kg of Sea Buckthorn locally near the brewery and added them to the boil. We fermented the beer with Burning Sky’s wild yeast culture, with late additions of caraway, pink peppercorns and grains of paradise. A hint of acidity and pepper spice compliments the yeast, resulting in a funky Saison, just how it should be.
