This is the very first brew of an exciting series inspired by our beloved flowers ! Hops .. that s right ! We select prime hop varieties across the world to present you their unique characteristics in terms of flavors and aromas through plethoric doses of 20 grams / litre. The 1st beer of the series is a single variety IPA with Kohatu New Zeland hops - meaning stone or rock in Maori. An explosive bouquet of juicy tropical fruits, citrus and discreet notes of pine needles ! Cheers ;)
