The 2nd hop – forward IPA of our Anthology – 20 grams hoppy series is a single variety IPA that showcases the unique characteristics of the relatively new and vigorously ” wanted ” in the Craft beer world Nelson Sauvin hop variety from New Zealand. An explosive and eccentric hop variety that takes its name from the city of Nelson from where it derives and its unique aromatic profile which shares similarities with the white wine making grape variety of Sauvignon Blanc. A hop variety with intense, extreme flavor profile that runs from super fruity, tropical notes of passion fruit, lynchee and mango to fresh crushed citrus and gooseberries.
