Пиво Mauromaniko (To Mαυρομάνικο) - Σόλο

This beer was especially brewed to be offered as a gift to our guests at the official opening of our new brewery in Heraklion. The recipe was conceived in collaboration with the acknowledged coffee brewers of CROP - ROASTERY BREWERY. A stout with intense notes of roasted, exotic coffee and black chocolate. Mauromaniko is the cretan knife with the black sleeve. A symbol of bravery and inseparable part of the cretan history and tradition, the cretan knife carries the soul of the Cretan, thus has a very special value when offered as a gift, expressing true friendship and deep appreciation.
