We brewed "Plethora" back in 2019 in collaboration with Kykao combining brewing from Northern Europe with wine making from Southern Europe.Blessed with wonderful notes of raisins while fermented with a blend of beer and wine yeast, Plethora was too interesting to resist the idea of ageing part of it in a couple of oak barrels previously used to age a sun dried dessert wine from "Liatiko" grapes. the result is a gift of time ... in limited edition bottles.
