Após a vindima na Quinta do Ameal, em Ponte de Lima, misturámos o sumo das uvas com a cerveja e co-fermentámos com levedura Saison. O resultado é um híbrido de 30% de mosto de uva, 70% cerveja, com suculência subtil e notas persistentes de fruta de pomar. // After the harvest at Quinta do Ameal, in Ponte de Lima, we mixed the grape juice with the beer and co-fermented it with Saison yeast.
