We went heavy on the oats making this a smooth IPA. We brewed this beer with a low dose of Eukanot and Simcoe hops for minimal bitterness and then dry hopped it with tons of Idaho 7 hops. The aroma is suggestive of tropical fruit and citrus notes of stone fruit, and grapefruit, but the takeaway will be the big notes of pine and earthy black tea. It’s the perfect companion for your quarantine as you stargaze at night, glass in hand, reminiscing about that hike or camping trip you took way back when.
