Пиво Barrel Aged Cherry Wrecker 2022 - Staggeringly Good

One of 3 Christmas barrel aged fruited sour releases. The WRECKER series are defining beers in our brewery’s catalogue but this barrel aged edition brings a complexity to the range not yet seen. We took our hugely fruited original version of this beer and aged it for 12 months in French Oak Red Wine Barrels. What remains is an indulgent yet elegant full bodied beer with intense fruit character and flavour not dissimilar in character to a full bodied red wine. A very light carbonation adds life to the finish. Pair with blue cheeses such as Stilton or red meats / tuna steak.
