Пиво Double Checking the Fences - Staggeringly Good

Between 6:03pm and 7:20pm on the 3rd of September, just a week before our 5th birthday, three young lads broke into the brewery through a damaged air vent and proceeded to steal thousands of pounds worth of equipment including tills, ipads, TV’s and tools. To come in the next day, knowing how hard our small team has worked to keep this brewery going over the last few months was utterly devastating. We all had to suck it up that morning and decided to do an pilot brew to take our minds off things. THE BEER As it was somewhat an experimental batch we had some free reign to play so as we had a lot of Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic in leaf we decided to experiment with whole cone dry hopping.
