Пиво Rum Barrel Aged Pineapple & Creamed Coconut Sour - Staggeringly Good

One of 3 Christmas barrel aged fruited sour releases. We took a delicious pineapple sour and added it to oak rum barrels with copious amounts of creamed coconut. There it sat for 12 months infusing all those delicious, sweet flavours. Once we’d cut through the layer of thick coconut cream on top what remained was this incredible barrel aged sour. It’s rich and creamy yet fine and elegant structure showcases all those beautiful ingredients without a sign of the 11% abv. (Expect coconut cream to settle on top) A very light carbonation adds life to the finish. Pair with curry’s or fatty cheeses or simply finish any meal with this on it’s own.
