American farmhouse ale. A collaboration effort between Brian and Sour Chef Josh Evans of 'James' in Philadelphia, headed by Chef Jim Bruke. Designed to commemorate a special pairing meal between James & Stillwater Artisanal in the Spring 2011. A light farmhouse base with clean citrus esters, accented with locally sourced cardamon leaves, basil blossoms, and fresh yuzu.
