Mike Lopez’s 15 year anniversary. Mike really wanted to make a Framboise lambic, but considering the use of bacteria for fermentation we went with the closest thing possible. An experimental high ABV kettle sour fermented with raspberries and extra raspberries added after fermentation. Considering the high ABV, this beer is very deceptive. Lots of raspberry from start to finish with some tart to sour acidity followed by some honey and bubblegum flavors. Cheers to Mike!
