Uncle Jam's Brewhouse Tales is a brand new project by Strange Brew. ?very beer is a unique tale narrated only once. The first tale is about a Double IPA 8% vol. dry hopped with a special Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra blend, using both hop pellets and lupulin powder. Piny / resinous / fruity aroma and flavor, bittersweet taste, balanced malty and hoppy character, full body and that silky mouthfeel which coats your palate are some of the basic elements of this very first brewhouse tale.
