The Panama Project is a collaboration between Subbe brewery and A-bay Spirits with master blender Mr Per Ädel who is an expert in the rum-department. This third beer in the series is a barrel aged lemon sour. barrel aged for 22 months. Hints of citrus and raisins with lots of oak from the barrels. Enjoy!
