Canned Fish is a collaboration with our friends at Como Taperia. We used a unique base malt that was designed to be grown in the hot and dry climate of Southern Europe and are going to go ahead and call this beer a Mediterranean Lager. We taste notes of lemon, hay, and cracker with a medium bitterness and crisp finish. Crack a can of Canned Fish and some canned fish and enjoy.
