Пиво Drip - Little Coffee Stout W Ghost Roaster Coffee - Superflux Beer Company

Drip is a little stout brewed using coffee from Ghost Roaster Coffee. The base beer is full-bodied with low astringency leaving room for the coffee character to shine through and create a drinkable stout with lots of flavours. The coffee used in this brew is Columbia Blanca Romo Romo Finca El Cujacal Castillo Washed. We taste notes of toasted nuts, milk chocolate, brown sugar and baking spice. Ghost Roaster Coffee is a tiny roasting operation; an enthusiastic side project to bring thoughtfully sourced, small-batch roasted coffee to folks in the lower mainland and beyond from Kevin McConnell.
