Пиво Experimental IPA #24 (Citra Frozen Fresh Hop Cryo& Citra Cryo ) - Superflux Beer Company

Our newest Experimental IPA uses a brand new hop product that we are really excited about: Frozen Fresh Hop Cryo. Frozen Fresh Hop Cryo is made by - you may have guessed - flash-freezing freshly picked hop cones and then processing them into cryo pellets which are kept frozen until the day we use them. The result is a unique character that is not like a fresh hop or a dried hop. We get complex notes of orange and chlorophyll (the naturally occurring thing that gives plants their green colour) with an overwhelming juicyness.
