Light, tart, refreshing Fountainbier Style Ale w/Lemon and Lime. Fountainbier Lemon Lime was the very first beer in our Fountainbier series. We brewed this beer with our friends at @brassneckbrew with a goal to make an alcoholic version of our favourite soda pop that rhymes with bright. This year (2022), we slightly tweaked the recipe by adding more zest and dialling back on the lemon and lime juice to boost the aroma and get less astringency and bitterness. Ya feeling thirsty??
