Our 1st Birthday "imperial" Rye Wine, we have thrown everything at this beer. 4 mashes, loads of hops, two different yeast strains and it has been fed sugar throughout the (month) long fermentation. sweet honey notes give way to fruit and a lasting bready, spicy rye notes.
