Пиво Investor Blend (2021) - The Wild Beer Co

This year for our investor blend we have riffed an IPA theme, whilst staying true to the original blending concept of the project.

Inspired by Zintuki, a previous Ninkasi blend, we have blended our flagship mixed fermentation Wild IPA into Ninkasi, to create an IPA rather than a sour blend.

The blend has been heavily dry hopped with Mosaic, so you can expect a bold and punchy aroma from all those hops, with a rounded stone fruit character, and a dry, spicy and moreish finish. The result is a delicious IPA which is very drinkable for its strength.

This blend won't age as elegantly as some of the previous ones, so drink fresh...
