Our collaboration brew with Bin Day Brewing is finally here!

A crisp, refreshing apple pale - perfect for a Summer session. Can't get much better than that.... or can it? We invited Bin Day Brewing down to Somerset to give us a hand with the entire brewing day.

We heated up rocks in a pizza oven to over 500°C and placed them in a barrel mini-mash to boil the malt. We introduced this caramelised mash to a larger portion and added local Somerset apple juice. Why did we do all of this? Well, mainly because it was exciting, but we also had a goal in mind for this special beer.

Bin Day came to us with a plan. A few months prior Robbie had discovered "The UKs best sausage roll" and the world needed a beer to pair with it.
