Es diu Hopidabo, on hem concentrat tota la nostra sabiesa en una Doble IPA que és una explosió de sabors. Com hem fet que la nostra Hopidabo sigui tan brutal? Per nosaltres, es redueix a una fórmula molt simple: ingredients i més ganes de donar-vos bones experiències. El protagonista és el llúpol, amb les notes de Simcoe de pi i mango, mosaic amb aranja i dolçamel, i amb el Centennial i Cascade ho acabem d’arrodonir. Al fermentador hem fet un bon dryhopping recirculant acuradament els olis de llúpol des de la part superior fins la part inferior del tanc. The protagonist is hops, with the notes of Simcoe of pine and mango, mosaic with grapefruit and sweetcorn, and with the Centennial and Cascade we have just rounded it. In the fermenter we have done a good dryhopping carefully recirculating the hops oils from the top to the bottom of the tank.
