The guys from Dark Star came up to meet with us Rebels to collaborate on a beer of intergalactic proportions - our first ever collaboration brew!

We decided to spice up this New Zealand hopped beer with a beautiful Belgian saison yeast, giving it a big punch of fruit flavour with a spicy dry finish. A warming combination, and a warming 6.5%.
