Salty Prick is a contemporary fruited Gose. A hint of sea salt compliments the melon and citrus flavors and aromas. This Gose was fermented with 100% real lime and prickly pear purees. The prickly pear presents a pretty pink hue to the beer and greets you with characteristics of sweet watermelon followed by a citric lime zest finish. A touch of salt is noticeably present, yet subtle from start to finish to tie all of the complexities together, leaving you with a wonderfully refreshing summer thirst quencher.
