Pastry "Lager" w/ Chocolate, Coffee and Coconut Ok ok ok, let us explain. When you link up with the crew from Third Moon, it's easy to say "Let's make an IPA, let's make a stout", and we did think about those things, but ultimately we went off the board completely and decided to take what we love about adjunct stouts and what we love in a biscuity, malty lager. The result, Cookies on Sunday, was brewed using pure chocolate and cocoa nibs, toasted coconut and freshly roasted coffee, and some truly special KRISPY yeast from our other great pals (escarpment labs) it truly hits all of the FaLL vIbEs we're after right now.
