Пиво Crash Course - Town Brewery

We decided to release three new beers for our 5th anniversary this year, one of which was an IPA. This likely isn't a huge surprise to anyone that has followed us for the last five years, as IPAs and working with hops has been a focus of ours since day one. We recently had the opportunity to get some new and highly touted hops out of New Zealand called Nectaron, which we immediately set aside for this brew. We paired these passionfruit and peach forward hops with our our most used, and favourite hop since we opened our doors, Mosaic. They combined to create a bright and tropical hazy that we believe is a great representation of the type of hop work we can do. Old meets new, you could say. A nod to the old friends who helped us to open our doors, establish ourselves and gives us the support we needed to get through those first few days, months and years; as well as the new friends who have continued to push us, helped us evolve, and reminded us who we are and what we set out to do.
