Double IPA w/ Simcoe, Mosaic and El Dorado hops AROMA: Overripe pineapple, juicy citrus (think mandarin and orange), ripe pear with some lingering dankness APPEARANCE: Thick, opaque and deep yellow, fluffy white head FLAVOUR: Pineapple juice, grapefruit cocktail and an explosion of candied orange and mango sorbet. Slightly sweet, very little bitterness, tastes as good as defeating Iceland in the Junior Goodwill Games back in '94. MOUTHFEEL: Huge body, thick mouthfeel, medium-low carbonation
